2. What data we process and why
The website collects personal data in one place only: the contact form.

If the enquiry leads to a contract, the legal basis becomes performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and for accounting records compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)); in that case the retention period is 8 years under Hungarian Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
3. Cookies
This website does not use cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics and no social media pixel, and even the fonts are served from our own server, so no request goes to a third party. That's why there is no cookie banner.
4. Who has access to the data?
Only the controller's staff can access the data, to the extent needed to reply. Our processors:
- Hosting: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Azure Static Web Apps), for serving the website and forwarding the contact form to our mailbox (nothing is stored there).
- Email service: Websupport Magyarország Kft., for receiving and storing enquiries.
We do not sell the data, do not share it for marketing purposes, and do not transfer it to third countries.
5. Your rights
- Access: you can ask what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: you can ask us to delete your data if there is no other legal basis for keeping it.
- Restriction: you can ask us to restrict processing.
- Portability: you can ask for your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time, with effect for the future.
Send your request to info@pethoindustries.hu. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
6. Data security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries arrive in a password-protected mailbox secured with two-factor authentication. Access rights are kept to the necessary minimum.
7. Remedies
If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us first, as most issues are resolved faster that way. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority:
